Biography
Dr. Somas was born and brought up in Penang. After completing his secondary education in Cheltenham College in United Kingdom, he was enrolled in Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, India where he graduated as a doctor in 1991. He commenced his training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 1995 at Ipoh General Hospital and subsequently obtained his post graduate qualification from University Malaya in 2002.
