Myrna C. Geronimo

Biography

Ms. Myrna C. Geronimo serves as Chief Financial Officer of Petron Malaysia Refining & Marketing Bhd since April 1, 2014. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant. Prior to joining Petron Malaysia Refining & Marketing Bhd, Myrna C. Geronimo was with Petron Corporation's Head Office in the Philippines for 24 years. She spent 14 years in Petron Internal Audit where she was involved with various corporate and operational audits. She moved to Business Planning in 2004 (which from 2009 was under the Office of the Chief Finance Officer of Petron Corporation) to lead the team responsible for the development and preparation of the Company’s consolidated (Petron Parent and Subsidiaries) short-term and long-term financial forecasts, that were used for the Group's budgeting, fund-raising, and investor relations activities. She last held the position of Project Manager in the Business Planning and Development Division of Petron Corporation where she continued to handle the financial forecasting activities and analyses of the Company’s financial and operating performance. She also participated in various studies and evaluations of major capital investment activities of Petron Corporation.
