Biography
Patricia R. Fitzgerald General Counsel Patricia became a member of the PharmaLink management team in 2016. Before joining PharmaLink, Patricia served as General Counsel for startups in the healthcare technology industry. She practiced law in both the private and government sectors and has extensive experience in civil litigation and transactional law with her focus in the areas of regulatory compliance, labor and employment, and corporate governance. Prior to becoming an attorney, Patricia spent ten years in the Flavor and Fragrance industry as a top-level executive for Givaudan Flavours where she developed the European and Asian business markets. Patricia graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from Eckerd College. She is very active providing legal services to veteran’s through the VFW and local VA Healthcare system and is a Wreaths Across America volunteer.
