Hardip Dosange

Biography

 Hardip Dosange has over 20 years of experience in the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical industries.  He began his career helping develop cell culture processes for a global biotechnology company, eventually moving into a role where he supported validation and compliance initiatives both internally and with partner companies throughout the US.  While leading the QA Validation & Change Control department for a novel drug development and delivery company, Mr. Dosange helped launch a drug product that provided quality of life improvements for children suffering from growth hormone deficiency (GHD). Mr. Dosange has held operational and business development leadership roles at large multinational engineering organizations, including serving as the head of Global Validation and GMP Compliance Services, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Business Development.  He is also a Subject Matter Expert in international regulatory compliance.

Research Interest

 Mr. Dosange holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Project Management Certificate from the University of California at Berkeley.
