Biography
Loke Siew Phaik is Associate Professor in the Faculty of Business, Management & Social Sciences, Quest International University Perak (QIUP), Malaysia. She completed her Ph.D (Management) in 2008 from the Graduate School of Management, Universiti Putra Malaysia (an AACSB – International accredited business school). She holds a Master of Science degree in Management, and a Bachelor (Hons) degree in Accounting. Prior joining QIUP, Dr. Loke served as Senior Lecturer in Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Perak Campus; and Assistant Professor in Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR). She has over 11 years of teaching experience in diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate (Master and Doctorate in Business Administration) levels. Her teaching specializations have included strategic management, corporate strategy and business research methods.
