Biography
Amir is a Managing Director of Elixir Capital and heads the Kuala Lumpur office. Prior to joining Elixir Capital, Amir was Senior Vice President of Investments at Malaysian Venture Capital Management Berhad (MAVCAP) where he led an investment team focusing on the information, communications and technology (ICT) sector for over eight years. Amir has more than 25 years of experience in management, operations, sales and marketing in the ICT industry. He has invested in companies in Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia and throughout the ASEAN region and has also served as board member in these companies, a number of which were publically listed. Amir is a frequent speaker at national and international investment conferences.
