Biography
Mr. Gan Chee Leong is General Director of Karcement JSC, a subsidiary of Steppe Cement Ltd. Mr. Gan is a Chartered Accountant from England and Wales and is a Malaysian. He started work in Kuala Lumpur as an auditor with a well-known international firm. He has over 20 years experience in cement industry in various capacities. Before joining CAC and KC, he was GM-marketing of a leading cement company in Malaysia. He held a number of positions in the Cement and Concrete Association Malaysia and was once the Deputy Secretary General of Asean Federation of Cement Manu
