Keng Chung Chan

Biography

 Mr. Chan Keng Chung is Finance Director of Central Asia Cement JSC, a subsidiary of Steppe Cement Ltd. He is a member of Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and a graduate from the University of Malaya with a bachelor degree of accountancy. He has over 11 years of working experience including in audit with a big-four accounting firm in Kuala Lumpur and in commerce with a Hong-Kong listed company. Before joining CAC, he held the position of financial controller based in Hong Kong, after having spent 6 years in Shanghai. His experience encompasses audit, financial reporting, internal control procedures, corporate finance and investment evaluation.
