Ashwin-dani

Biography

 Ashwin-dani worked as a Director-R&D, Works Director, and Whole-time Director & Vice Chairman. Mr. Dani is the past president of the Indian Paint Association (IPA) and has received a number of awards for his contribution to the paint industry. He has been a member of the Central Board of Trustees-Employees Provident Fund of the Government of India and also the President of the Board of Governors of the UDCT Alumni Association, Mumbai. Currently, he is a member of the Board of the Management of Institute of Chemical Technology (formerly UDCT), Mumbai. Mr. Dani was born on October 24, 1942, in Kapadwanj, Gujarat. He completed his BSc (Hons) from the Institute of Sciences, University of Bombay, and his BSc (Tech) (Paints, Pigments and Varnishes) from UDCT, University of Bombay. He holds a Master’s degree in Polymer Science from the University of Akron, Ohio, USA and a Diploma in Colour Science from Rensellaer Polytechnic, Troy, New York. He is an ex-managing trustee of the “Light of Yoga”, a trust created by the world famous yogacharya, B.K.S. Iyengar and his disciples.
