Biography

 Mr Hong Choon Hau was first appointed to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 July 2014, and was subsequently re-designated to Executive Director on 21 July 2014. He was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer on 21 July 2014. He is also a member of Remuneration Committee. He holds a Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology. Mr Hong holds many positions with years of experience in corporate companies and has been practicing good reputation in corporate finance and ICT industry. He was an Executive Director of Gameview Sdn Bhd from 2012 to 2014 and an Executive Director and Financial Controller of Myworld Holding Berhad from 2014 to 2015. Currently, he is an Executive Director of Prodigee Sdn Bhd and Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Watta holding Berhad. He does not have any family relationship with any Director and/ or major shareholder of the Company, nor does he have any conflict of interest with the Company. He has not been convicted of offences within the past ten (10) years other than traffic offences.
