Baanu D/o Vickneswaran

Biography

Baanu D/O Vickneswaran is a recent graduate Physiotherapist from Windfield International College, Malaysia. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Registered Exercise Therapist (RET), which has provided her a broader skill set as a physiotherapist. As part of her training, she undertook two clinical placements at Synapse Physiotherapy in which she excelled and showed great professionalism as a student physiotherapist. At Synapse, she managed to gain her clinical training in an outpatient setting, treating an array of musculoskeletal disorders including many neck and back conditions. At the Physically Disabled and Mentally Retarded Children’s Home in Ipoh, she gained valuable experience in treating neurological conditions in a paediatric setting. In college, she was actively involved in the 1st National Physiotherapy Symposium held at Windfield International College in 2011. Outside the clinic, Baanu enjoys playing badminton, cycling and aerobics. She also appreciates a good read when she is not engaged in active sports.
