Biography
Marcus Tang is a physiotherapist who has recently graduated with a BSc (Hons) from Keele University, United Kingdom. During his degree, he had the opportunity to train at several different clinical settings. He had his clinical placements in Frail Elderly Assessment Unit Department, Royal Stoke University Hospital, Neuro Speciality, Bagshot Rehab Hospital, Neuro Rehabilitation, Haywood Hospital, Orthopaedics, Wrexham Hospital, Mental Health Department, Harplands Hospital, Cadiothoracics, Royal Stoke University Hospital, Outpatients/Occupational health, RehabWorks Private Rehab. His experience in such diverse clinical settings enables him to explore and also know more about the role of physiotherapy different settings. He enjoys working and apply physiotherapy in various settings. He had also volunteered as a mentor to the fresh undergraduates in his course as well as teaching in a refugee school during his holidays. In the 2016 National Grid Health & Wellbeing exhibition (UK), Marcus helped alongside his clinical educator in raising awareness and promoting physiotherapy in an occupational setting.
