Karla Fosburg

Biography

 Karla Fosburg, Director of Human Resources, brings over 25 years of human resources management experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare and consumer packaged goods industries. Most recently she served as Vice President, Human Resources for Pacific World Cosmetics where she was responsible for strategy and execution of the global human resources function. Prior to Pacific World, she spent fifteen years in various human resource roles at Allergan providing HR leadership to multiple organizations including R&D, Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing, and Corporate clients. Prior to Allergan, she had national responsibility for human resources in a dynamic start up environment, where her responsibilities included managing the HR function for nine offices nationwide. Current and former positions include President of the National Human Resources Association, Board Member of the Youth Employment Services and Alumni Board Member for Chapman University. Karla received her Bachelor of Arts from Chapman University. Karla is responsible for the identification, development and implementation of Freedom Innovation’s human resource strategies in support of the organization’s global objectives. She is responsible for all aspects of human resources globally, including organization development, talent management, compensation, benefits, and learning and development.
