Biography
Dr. Azlinzuraini Ahmad has almost 13 years of experience in teaching Human Resource Management and business subjects at University Malaysia Terengganu (UMT). She obtained her Doctor of Philosophy from University of Leeds and also graduated from UPM for her Master degree and Bachelor degree of Science (Agribusiness). Currently, she is actively supervising final year projects and PhD students. To date she has published articles in national and international conference proceedings and has involved in publishing Business and Management Series Vol. 1 as editor. She also serves as a reviewer for Journal of Business and Social Development (JBSD) and ICABEC proceedings. She is involved in 3 undergoing research projects including FRGS, CSD/IPK grant and university research grant.
Research Interest
Dr. Azlinzuraini Ahmad research interest is in the areas of employee turnover, work-life balance, flexible working, employee selection, talent management, Generation Y, career development, business ethics, fairness in pay, agribusiness and agricultural products, fishermen community and Kenyir community.
