Biography
Dr. Nik Hazimah is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Maritime Business and Management, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. Prior to commencing at UMT, Nik held a lecturer position at a private college. Nik studied at Edith Cowan University, International Islamic University Malaysia and University of Technology Malaysia.
Research Interest
Dr. Nik Hazimah Nik Mat research focused on the line managers’ HRM role. Nik’s area of passion is the involvement of line managers in HRM activities and the transformation of the HRM function in the modern and complex environment.
