Biography
Kanagi Kanapathy is a lecturer and researcher, with about 26 years of experience in academic and corporate line. Versatile and effective educator, she has 16 years of teaching experience in higher education and 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry, in managerial positions. Kanagi Kanapathy holds a doctorate in business administration from University of South Australia. She is currently a senior lecturer in operations management at Faculty of Business and Accountancy, University of Malaya. Her research interests are in operations and supply chain management, quality management, strategic capacity and innovation management.
