Biography
Kiran Kaur (Ph.D., University of Malaya), Associate Professor at the Department of Library & Information Science at the Faculty of Computer Science & Information Technology, University of Malaya. Her research interests include information services, service quality, quality management, academic librarianship, social networking, Community information services, social capital and scientometrics. Dr. Kiran's research publications appear in Malaysian Journal of Library & Information Science, Library & Information Science Research, Information Development, The Electronic Library, Libri, JoLIS, Library Review, Library Management, Collection Building, Journal of Problem-based Learning, Kekal Abadi and Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). Dr. Kiran is also the Co-Editor of the Malaysian Journal of Library & Information Science (SSCI,Scopus, LISA, Library Literature) and the Deputy Director of the Quality Management & Enhancement Center, UM.
