Biography
Dr Mohd Rizal Muwazir is a senior lecturer at the University of Malaya, Malaysia. Mohd Rizal completed his PhD from Cardiff Business School. He also holds a B.Shariah (Hons) in Islamic finance and management, and an MBA in accounting from the University of Malaya. Mohd Rizal's main research interests are CSR (disclosure), corporate governance, social and enviromental reporting, especially on the practices of Islamic corporations. His research interests also include Islamic accounting, banking and finance. Currently, he is a visiting scholar at Lancaster University Management School, United Kingdom.
