Biography
Monika @ Munirah binti Abd Razzak is a senior lecturer in the department of Al-Quran and Al-Hadith, Academy of Islamic Studies, University of Malaya. She obtained her doctorate degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in Quranic and Sunnah Studies. Area of ​​expertise is in Quranic studies, Quranic exegesis, Media Application in Quranic & Hadith Studies, Science based on al-Quran and al-Hadith and health science. Various journal articles have been written either locally and internationally. Now, as a head department of Al-Quran & al-Hadith APIUM and also as editor in chief for al-Bayan journal. In addition she actively conduct research such as the manuscript study of Tafsir al-Quran by al-Marbawi, Evolution Stars: Comparative Between Al-Quran and Modern Scientists Opinion About the Birth and Death Star, Compilation Aspects of Color in the Al-Quran and Al-Hadith and Its Effect on Mankind, Alternative Treatment Center Based on Al-Quran and Al-Sunnah: A Study in Malaysia, The Roles of Electronic Mass Media in Transferring the Islamic Knowledge in Malaysia and Safe and Healthy Uses of Fruits and Herbs Mentioned in the Quran and Ahadith: An Analysis Importance of Ethnomedicinal in Islamic Products in Malaysia.
