Biography
Dr. Nahrizul Adib Kadri graduated from the University of Malaya, Malaysia with a Bachelor in Biomedical Engineering (BBEng) in 2001, followed by a Master in Biomedical Engineering (MBiomedE) in 2003 from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He recently received his Ph.D. in 2011 from the University of Surrey, United Kingdom in the area of microengineering. His current research interest is in the area of BioMEMS and lab-on-chip, particularly in the development of low-cost and practical devices for characterisation of cell populations and diagnostic applications. He is also interested in the use of computers in biomedical engineering and healthcare in general; particularly in the areas of web technology, health information systems, and microprocessors. He lives with his wife and three boys at the 2nd Residential College (Kolej Kediaman Tuanku Bahiyah), University of Malaya; where he served as a college master since 1st August 2014.
