Biography
His research interests are indigenous law, security (anti-terrorism), human rights. He has also written about constitutional law and court practice. Recently he has published papers on security law in Malaysia and human rights under the Federal Constitution. I have also presented papers on indigenous law, anti-terrorism law and criminal trials. My masters thesis was on the enforcement mechanisms under the international human rights treaties. I have been teaching a variety of subjects including law clinic (Australia), drafting, civil procedure, law of nations, constitutional law (Australia), business law, Australian legal system and pre-law.
