Biography
Chiew Foan is an Associate Professor in the School of Biosciences, Faculty of Science at The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus. She is also a fellow of UK Higher Education Academy and an associate Fellow of Academy Science Malaysia. She is currently a council member of Asia Oceania Agricultural Proteomics Organization (AOAPO)
Research Interest
Her research interest involves the use of molecular genetics, genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics tools to elucidate cellular and molecular mechanism in various aspects of plant biology. As well as adapting the knowledge of model plants to commercial crops by translational research.
