Dr. Russly Abdul Rahman is affiliated to the Department of Food Technology, Universitiy Putra Malaysia, where Dr. Russly Abdul Rahman is currently working as Professor. Dr. Russly Abdul Rahman has received BSc degree from University of Nottingham, MSc and Ph.D from University of Reading. Dr. Russly Abdul Rahman has numerous publications within the specialty and published in reputed national and international peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Russly Abdul Rahman is actively associated with different national and international societies and academies.
