Biography
Thang Yuen Mei is an Executive Director of Wang-Zheng. He was appointed to the Board on 27 July 2004. Mr. Thang has over two (2) decades of business and management experience under his belt. After obtaining the General Certificate of Education in 1978, Mr. Thang ventured into the food business in 1979. Together with Goh Kheng Jiu, Mr. Thang started their own business of producing and distributing noodles to food centers. Later, in 1987, Mr. Thang, together with Goh Kheng Jiu and Khoo Beng Hwa, established Wang-Zheng Corporation. Mr. Thang’s responsibilities include overseeing the development of new businesses, and coordinating the administration and financial functions of Wang-Zheng Group.
