Biography
Alton Shader was appointed President of Front Line Care in September 2015. Shader joined Hill-Rom as senior vice president and president of Post-Acute Care in 2011, and held the position of president, North America since 2012. Before joining Hill-Rom, he was general manager of renal at Baxter International. Previously, he served as general manager for Baxter Ireland and held senior marketing positions in Baxter's operations in Zurich and in California. Shader has also held positions of increasing leadership responsibility at several other organizations, including Bain & Company. Shader earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and psychology from Claremont Mckenna College and his Master of Business Administration from Stanford University.
