Biography

 Rachel Bias has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources management, holding various management and leadership positions in both the private and public sectors. She manages all aspects of the firm’s HR strategy and provides HR leadership to the company through the development and implementation of human resources policies, programs, and services, including recruitment, selection, retention, legal compliance, employee benefits, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, employee communications, and employee events.  Rachel has a BA. in Business Administration from Campbell University and is a member of SHRM. She has presented a variety of employee development, recruiting, and retention seminars and served on multiple panels for many organizations and groups, including the University of Kansas, Kansas State University, and the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce.
