 Ted Shoneck is an accomplished senior Life Sciences industry executive with over 25 years of progressive achievements in Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Pharmaceuticals, Biologics, and Biotechnology.  He has excelled at the COO and CEO levels, with full multi-million dollar P&L and Board level responsibilities.  He is a demonstrated strategic decision maker who is motivated by creating and delivering innovative medical products, and is dedicated to improving human health.  Ted has driven strategic and operational transformations that are client-focused, cost effective, FDA compliant, employee-engaged and risk optimized. Mr. Shoneck’s dual pedigree career comprises executive and client-facing roles in medical products firms directly, as well as life sciences professional services.  In consulting, his clients span biopharmaceutical clients from clinical development through post-commercialization of numerous dosage forms, process approaches, and label indications.
