Biography
Felix Baker has been a director of Alexion since June 2015. Dr. Baker is a Co-Managing Member of Baker Bros. Advisors LP, an investment advisor focused on investments in life science and biotechnology companies. Dr. Baker and his brother, Julian Baker, started their fund-management careers in 1994 when they co-founded a biotechnology investing partnership with the Tisch Family. Dr. Baker currently serves on the Board of Directors at Genomic Health, Inc. and Seattle Genetics, Inc. and previously served on the Board of Directors at Synageva BioPharma Corp. and Ardea Bioscience, Inc.
