Biography
As senior vice president, U.S. Government Affairs, Blatter Victoria is responsible for federal and state legislative issues and managing relationships with U.S. agencies, legislatures, and governmental administrations. She is also responsible for international lobbying and diplomacy in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Amgen, Blatter worked at Merck & Co., Inc. as vice president of U.S. Policy and Federal Government Relations. She previously served as professional staff for the U.S. Senate Special Committee on Aging and as minority staff director for the U.S. House Select Committee on Aging—Subcommittee on Retirement Income and Employment. Blatter received her bachelor of arts from Binghamton University and a master's degree in public administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. She has worked in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry for more than 15 years.
