Biography
Sarah Alspach was appointed Vice President, US Communications in June 2015. She is responsible for a team that manages media relations, internal communications, digital communications and social media, GSK’s philanthropic giving, and community partnerships across the US. Sarah previously served as Head of US External Communications, focusing on media relations and communications related to GSK’s US products and corporate news, with a specific focus on how GSK has transformed its business in light of the changing US healthcare environment. Prior to joining GSK in 2007, Sarah held a range of roles with healthcare communications and global public relations agencies based in New York and Philadelphia. Sarah holds a BS in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin. She lives in Washington, DC with her husband and three children.
