Biography
J Bailey is President, US Pharmaceuticals. Prior to leading the US business, Jack served as Senior Vice President, Policy, Payers and Vaccines. In that role, Jack was responsible for Government Affairs, Managed Markets, the US Vaccines business unit and the Puerto Rico operations. Jack joined GSK in May 2009 following a successful 18-year career with Eli Lilly, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President, Account-based Markets Division. During his tenure at Lilly, Jack served in numerous roles of increasing responsibility, including general manager for Eli Lilly South Africa and Area Director for the Sub-Saharan region. Jack holds an MBA from the UNC Kenan Flagler School of Business. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Biotechnology Center, the North Carolina Healthcare Quality Alliance and the North Carolina Chamber of Commerce.
