Biography
MOULSON RICHARD is a qualified chartered accountant with over 20 years’ post-qualification experience working as a chief financial officer for UK quoted and private equity and venture capital owned companies. Richard trained with Coopers & Lybrand and spent 10 years with Deutsche Morgan Grenfell in corporate finance working on fundraisings, IPOs and M&A transactions in the UK and internationally. He has considerable life science experience in companies including Intercytex Group Plc, ReNeuron Group plc and Cobra Therapeutics Ltd, and currently provides part-time CFO and finance consulting services to SMEs with a focus on life science businesses.
