Biography
RHI Magnesita N.V. has a one-tier board structure with a Board consisting of both executive directors and non-executive directors. It includes two executive directors as well as 16 non-executive directors, six of whom are employee representatives. The Directors are collectively responsible for the management of the company and the general conduct of the company’s business.
