Biography
Gumbinger was appointed CEO of Semperit AG Holding with effect from 1 June 2017. In this function he leads the medical and industrial sectors and is responsible for Corporate Development & Strategy, Human Resources, Communications and Compliance. Martin Füllenbach studied Business and Organizational Sciences (Munich) followed by a Ph.D. in Finance (Nuremberg). After more than ten years as an officer of the German Armed Forces with numerous international missions, tasks at the aerospace company EADS in the planning department of the CEO and the planning of military aircraft production were at the beginning of his industrial career. From 2004 to 2007, Martin Füllenbach was Head of Corporate Development and, from 2007 to 2012, Managing Director of Voith Turbo, headquartered in Heidenheim, Germany, where he served as a member of the Corporate Division "Power Transmission" and as CEO of the Marine Business Unit.
