Biography
Mr. Manduca was Chairman at Deloitte Malta. He was also the firm’s International Services Co-ordinator and oversaw the operations of both the Corporate and Tax Compliance Departments. Mr. Manduca is past President of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners (IFSP) and the Malta Institute of Accountants (MIA). He has also served as a Governor of Finance Malta. Mr. Manduca was a director within the International Tax function of Deloitte and has over 25 years’ experience in international tax matters across a wide range of industry sectors. Mr. Manduca’s focus was in the field of corporate taxation and worked primarily with clients which establish a Malta base in order to conduct their international operations. Mr. Manduca retired as Chairman and Senior Partner of Deloitte Malta in December 2015. He is currently the first and current President of the Malta Branch of International Fiscal Association. Mr. Manduca joined the Bank’s Board of Directors during 2016.
