Biography
Kelly E joined Nabriva Therapeutics full time in June 2016. He has a bachelor of arts degree in Chemistry from Millersville University and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Villanova University. Over the past 44 years Ernie has been involved in all stages of pharmaceutical development and commercialization, most recently as Vice President, Quality at Shire plc. Previous roles include leadership and technical positions in Quality and Compliance with ViroPharma (now Shire), Cephalon, Bio-Technology General Corp, Rhone Poulenc Rorer (now Sanofi), Merck and McNeil pharmaceutical companies. Ernie has been active in pharmaceutical trade associations and is a past chair of several PhRMA Technical Committees, past industry representative on USP Aerosol Advisory Panels and a past Adjunct Professor of Pharmaceuticals, Temple University, School of Pharmacy.
