Mr. Manuel Rivera Garza served as a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Alfa S.A.B de C.V. Mr. Rivera Garza joined ALFA S.A.B de C.V., in 1976 where he occupied various positions like Planning Corporate Director. He served as Vice-president of Strategic Planning and other responsibilities in ALFA from 1976 to 1992. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nemak from 1993 to 2012 and also served as its President. He participated on the development of Nemak's business until he retired in 2012. He serves as an Independent Director of Grupo Industrial Saltillo, SAB de CV. He served as a Regular Director of Sigma Alimentos, S. A. de C. V. Mr. Rivera Garza earned a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Electrical and Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and holds a Master in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
