Biography
He graduated in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac. He is 50 years old. He currently is Co-Chairman of the Board of America Movil, S.A.B de C.V., Chairman of the Board of Telefonos de Mexico, S.A.B. de C.V. and Grupo Carso S.A.B. de C.V. and many of its subsidiaries and affiliates. Actively participates in various industrial and educational associations, as well as foundations and philantropic organizations. Mr. Slim was CEO of Sanborn Hermanos, S.A. for more than 21 years and has served as a board member of Grupo Sanborns and its subsidiaries since 1989.
