Mr. José Antônio Guaraldi Félix serves as the President of Brazil at America Movil S.A.B. de C.V. Mr. Félix served as the Chief Executive Officer for Brazil at America Movil S.A.B. de C.V. since July 2015. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Net Serviços - Brazil at America Movil S.A.B. de C.V. Mr. Felix has been Chief Executive Officer of Net Serviços de Comunicação S.A. (Net Communications Services Inc.) since January 2008 and has been its Chief Investor Relations Officer since August 2, 2010. Mr. Guaraldi Félix served as the Chief Operating Officer of Net Serviços de Comunicação S.A. since May 2003. Mr. Guaraldi Felix served as Regional Officer of Region 3 at Net Serviços for two years. He was an officer of Net Sul where he was responsible for implementing 16 operations in Southern Brazil. He worked at RBS from 1980 to 1990, holding various positions in the operational area. He has been a Director of Net Serviços de Comunicação S.A. since April 5, 2012. He serves as a Director of Claro Telecom Participações S.A. He holds Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Mr. Guaraldi Félix also graduated in Strategic Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral, from Kellog School of Management in Chicago, and from Insead Business School in France.
