Biography
Member of the Board of Directors since 2013. Mr. Cortés Font was a Founding Partner of Auric and worked for over 28 years in Grupo Industrial Alfa as part of the team for strategic and financial restructuring, heading Planning and Controllership. He also led the Petrochemical Sector and later became CEO of Hylsamex. He is currently a member of the Boards of Grupo Financiero Afirme and Ternium Mexico. He was a Director of the American Iron and Steel Institute and President of Canacero, Centro de Productividad de Nuevo León and the Latin American Institute of Iron and Steel. Mr. Cortés Font holds a Bachelor’s Degree from MIT.
