Biography

Mr. Adrian G. de los Santos Escobedo had been an Investor Relations Officer of Axtel S. A. B. De CV (also known as Axtel Sa De Cv) since September 2008 and served as the Investor Relations Officer from joining in April 7, 2006 to September 2008. Mr. de los Santos Escobedo served as Corporate Finance Director of Axtel S. A. B. De CV. Mr. Adrian serves as Chief Financial Officer & Director of Finance of Axtel S. A. B. De CV. He served as Managing Partner in Colinas de Bugambilias S.A., a real estate project in Guadalajara, Mexico, from January 2003 to March 2006. Mr. de los Santos Escobedo has 10 years of banking experience in Monterrey, London and New York. Prior to Colinas de Bugambilias, he spent six years with Standard Chartered Bank in different executive positions in Monterrey, Mexico, New York and London. Mr. de los Santos Escobedo started his career at Banca Serfin, (now Santander Mexico) where he occupied positions in private banking, corporate and international banking divisions. He serves as Director of Opanga Networks, Inc. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Eden Rock Communications, LLC. Mr. de los Santos Escobedo has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and a Master of Science in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
