  Mr. Ricardo Benjamín Salinas Pliego has been the President of TV Azteca Sa De CV since 1993. Mr. Salinas Pliego has been the President of Azteca Holdings SA DE CV since 1997 and Grupo Elektra S.A. de C.V. since 1993. He has been the President of Unefon, S.A. de C.V. since 1998. He serves as the President of Grupo Móvil Access, S.A. de C.V. and Biper S.A. de C.V. He is the Founder of Grupo Salinas and has been its Chief Executive Officer since 1987. He is as an Owner of Unefon Holdings S.A. He joined Grupo Elektra S.A. de C.V in 1981. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Azteca Holdings. He served at Arthur Andersen and The Brinkman Company. He has been Chairman of Banco Azteca, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple since 2002. Mr. Salinas Pliego has been the Chairman of Azteca Holdings, S.A. de C.V since 1997; Grupo Elektra S.A. de C.V. since 1993 and Grupo Salinas, since 1987.
