Biography
Luis Hernández joined CEMEX in 1996, and has held senior management positions in the Strategic Planning and Human Resources areas. He is currently the global responsible of Organization and Human Resources, Processes and IT, Innovation, Global Service Organization (GSO), Vendor Management Office (VMO) and Neoris. Luis graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
