Paul Acosta

Biography

Paul Acosta joined Ferring in May 2012 as the Associate Director of Human Resources and Administration, and is responsible for upholding The Ferring Philosophy that People Come First. Prior to joining Ferring, Mr. Acosta held several progressively more senior Human Resources leadership positions at Genoptix, a Novartis Company, Avanir Pharmaceuticals and Chugai Pharma USA. He has 20 years of experience in all facets of Human Resources including: recruitment, performance management, compensation, employee relations, training and development, succession planning and organization design.  Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from National University, San Diego, California.
