Mr. Héctor Hugo Hernandez Lee holds a Bachelors degree in Industrial Relations from the Universidad Iberoamericana, as well as a diploma in Organizational Development from the same institution. During 3 years he served as National Director of Human Resources of Danone de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. He later worked as Director of Human Resources at Sigma Alimentos, S.A. de C.V. for 6 years.
