Biography

Mr. Angel Alfonso de Soto Hernandez holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (“ITESM”), a specialization in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Anáhuac, as well as a MBA from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. He has served as Director of Banco FAMSA for 5 years. Before joining the Company, he acted as CEO of CAM & Credito Inmobiliario-Americas for 4 years; as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at CAMGE Bank in Spain for 3 years; and as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at GE Capital for ten years.
