Biography
As Senior Scientist, Dr. Savitskiy is the brains behind our proprietary models for the nexus. With a Ph.D. in Hydrology and Hydraulics, his unique qualification and 38 years of focused experience in the water sector has allowed him to master the understanding of hydrological processes and their interactions with natural and built systems in supporting sustainable development. Dr. Savitskiy holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics and a diploma in Engineering, Hydrology from Tashkent State University.
