Biography
Dr. Hashmi is the Managing Director at HCS and a renowned consulting engineer. He has vast experience in planning, design, development, and construction management of mega water sector projects. His expertise in irrigation and drainage, floods, watershed management, GIS and remote sensing, hydrometry, and integrated water resource management plays a vital role in our vision, strategy and approach to projects. A Ph.D. from Colorado State University, he has multiple awards & scientific publications to his name. He’s also a member of American Society of Photogrammetry & Remote Sensing, ASCE, AWRA, and PEC.
