Biography
Co-Founder & Director, Water Practice, Dr. Akhtar is an expert in systems modelling; network optimization, stochastic hydrology, resource optimization and multicriteria decision analysis. Currently on sabbatical as a post-doctoral researcher at the National University of Singapore, Dr. Akhtar remains an active member and contributor to our operations. Dr. Akhtar holds a Master’s in Operations Research and a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Cornell University and a bachelor’s in Computer Science from the Lahore University of Management Sciences.
