Biography
Co-founder and Director at Hydra Consulting Services, Mr. Alam leads the firm’s strategy; and is responsible for conceptualizing and architecting our overall solutions for clients, vision and business development. Broad professional experience in water, energy, agricultural, environmental, education, and technology sectors, and a multidisciplinary education in natural resources, economics, and technology. Mr. Alam holds a Master’s degree in Resource and Environmental Economics from Cornell University. He is an advisor to several government and private sector organizations on issues related to water, agriculture, and energy policy. His research interests include optimal control theory, systems modelling, technology, knowledge management, and education.
